Responsibilities
- Complete hands-on clinical training in patient care, vital signs, and EKG
- Master electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling and insurance verification
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide compassionate patient support under supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- No medical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong desire to help others and learn healthcare skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy (typing test required post-training)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided during training)
