Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week paid training program covering clinical procedures, medical terminology, and patient care protocols
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures under direct supervision
- Perform vital signs measurements and basic EKGs during clinical rotations
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation systems
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Develop proficiency in phlebotomy and specimen collection techniques
- Participate in 4 weekly training sessions with industry mentors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Strong desire to build a career in healthcare
- Ability to stand for extended periods during clinical rotations
- Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records
- Valid CPR certification (provided during training)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must complete all training modules to retain position
