Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid training program covering clinical procedures and patient care protocols
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures under supervision
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and basic lab tests
- Manage patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Support clinic operations including inventory management and scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient care
- Valid CPR certification (provided during training)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekday training hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
