Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance neural networks capable of processing multi-modal data streams.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging quantum computing technologies into traditional AI frameworks.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation at scale.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to prototype next-generation algorithms before their commercial release.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in leading AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to AI optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
