Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Anticipate socio-technological shifts and recommend adaptive business strategies
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings
- Oversee ethics and sustainability protocols for emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/innovation roles
- Proven track record in launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/FS or equivalent)
- Experience with global tech policy development frameworks
