Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the annual '2026 Horizon Report' analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab partners
- Design quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Advise Fortune 500 C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Curate the annual Global Futures Summit featuring 50+ keynote speakers
- Architect the 2026 UN Sustainable Development Goals tech implementation plan
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Proven track record advising governments on tech policy
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic preferred
