Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to create a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- System Architecture & Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, microservices-based architectures capable of handling high throughput and global traffic.
- Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Drive the migration and optimization of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to ensure maximum efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as advanced AI/ML models and edge computing, into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, Rust) and frameworks. Deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert-level experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and serverless architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
