Responsibilities
- Design and architect the core 2026 Neural Engine, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to drive project milestones.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for the organization.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize algorithms for next-gen quantum processors.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and research emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and quantum computing simulation tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
