Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance infrastructure specifically tailored for the 2026 technology ecosystem.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and energy consumption in our cloud-native environments, aligning with future sustainability standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and business leaders to translate complex technical visions into actionable development strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to the highest security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Go; deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of AI/ML, Edge Computing, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex architectural challenges with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
