Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices and distributed systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Oversight: Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments, and lead technical decision-making processes.
- Innovation: Research and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum-ready infrastructures) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices.
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated ability to architect for future scalability and integrate AI-driven workflows.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams from the ground up.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
