Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap and architecture for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems using Next-Gen technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging AI and Quantum computing models into production environments.
- Oversee code quality, system reliability, and security standards across all engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and select third-party technologies that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Quantum computing concepts.
- Proven experience leading teams through digital transformation and legacy system modernization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
