Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI and Quantum computing solutions for enterprise-level scalability.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen machine learning algorithms, specifically focusing on hybrid classical-quantum models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee code quality, system performance, and security protocols for all AI infrastructure.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends in AI to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Systems Architecture.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to master them.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high availability, and data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
