Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade AI models focused on the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across distributed cloud environments.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Identify emerging trends in AI and machine learning to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
