Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning pipelines capable of processing terabytes of real-time data.
- Lead research initiatives into cutting-edge areas such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a CI/CD environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or specialized domain knowledge.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
