Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for the 2026 Initiative infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate research into production-ready code.
- Define the technical vision and best practices for model training, validation, and optimization.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify novel algorithms that push the boundaries of AGI capabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI features into consumer applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading AI research and production systems.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
