Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, integrating cutting-edge Generative AI and LLMs.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance software solutions.
