Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems tailored for future scalability.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Technical Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical workshops to elevate the overall engineering standard.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Quantum Computing trends) and their application in business.
