Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for real-time processing.
- Lead the architectural strategy for large-scale machine learning pipelines and data lakes.
- Mentor and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to define technical requirements.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for edge devices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish coding standards for the AI department.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning and NLP technologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks is a significant plus.
