Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to define the technical vision for the 2026 product suite.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to improve model latency, accuracy, and efficiency using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high delivery velocity.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
