The Role:
As the Lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for the high-level design and technical strategy of our AI initiatives. You will work closely with C-suite executives and product leads to ensure our technology stack is future-proof and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Architecture Strategy, establishing long-term technical goals and roadmaps.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Lead the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-generation cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements in Generative AI, Transformers, and Edge Computing.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high-volume data streams and complex computations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior architects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
