Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure optimized for high-throughput environments and real-time processing.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures.
- Oversee code reviews, technical debt reduction, and conduct rigorous system architecture reviews.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends, specifically focusing on advancements expected to define the technological landscape in 2026.
- Optimize data pipelines to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in model training and inference.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithm optimization.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
