- Research & Innovation: Lead research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Transformers, and Neuromorphic computing.
- Model Optimization: Deploy and fine-tune state-of-the-art models (LLMs, Diffusion models) to optimize inference speeds and reduce computational costs by 40%.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value and user-centric features.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the integration of MLOps pipelines and ensure seamless deployment across cloud and edge environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing AI/ML systems at scale.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.
