Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of core AI infrastructure that aligns with our long-term strategic vision for 2026.
- Neural Network Optimization: Lead the research and development of advanced deep learning models, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into client-facing platforms.
- System Security & Ethics: Establish guidelines and frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Performance Engineering: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to handle high-volume data streams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define technical strategy and lead large-scale architectural initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
