Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Implement techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to deploy high-performance models on edge devices.
- Research Integration: Collaborate with the R&D lab to translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready code and APIs.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency in our AI models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Manage cloud infrastructure costs and optimize resource allocation for high-throughput inference workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems programming.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
