Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks designed for 2026-era data loads.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI integration, ensuring long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to define roadmap requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize existing AI models for inference speed and cost-effectiveness using cutting-edge hardware (e.g., TPUs, GPUs).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and Ethical AI frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.
