Responsibilities

- Lead a team of machine learning engineers to deploy large-scale LLMs and generative models.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and ensure compliance with global data regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Research emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and neuromorphic computing.
- Drive architectural decisions that impact scalability, performance, and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying complex machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
