We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to define the technological roadmap for the year 2026. You will be responsible for architecting systems that are not only robust today but are built to scale and adapt for the future.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, high-performance engineering solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to build the core of our AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the technical vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive optimization efforts to reduce latency and improve model inference speeds on distributed cloud systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure system stability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role designing AI or machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and large-scale data storage solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
