Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture for our 2026 AI product suite, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Lead a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists to implement complex algorithms.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging AI technologies.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Model integration.
- Represent the technical team in cross-functional meetings with product and design leaders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading teams through technical transitions and scaling products.
- Experience in designing systems for high availability and low latency.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
