Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning models capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the integration of emerging quantum computing algorithms into classical AI workflows.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to define the technical roadmap for 2026.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify and implement cutting-edge advancements in neural networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) leading AI/ML engineering teams on large-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong foundational knowledge of quantum mechanics and quantum computing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
