Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures that support next-gen AGI capabilities.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum processing units into existing AI workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- System Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of proprietary AI models, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on neuromorphic computing and edge AI for 2026 deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technical strategies that align with the company's futuristic vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration.
