Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, identifying key trends and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate strategic vision into actionable technical requirements.
- Assess risks and feasibility of emerging tech stacks to ensure sustainable growth.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Drive innovation labs and hackathons focused on solving 2026-era challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product strategy, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
