Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Analyze complex technical problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to escalate critical issues and learn advanced techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions for incoming team members to ensure knowledge consistency.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while managing high volumes of customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
