Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and system issues.
- Manage IT inventory and help with asset tagging.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve departmental processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support training).
