Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 100+ end-users
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policiesAssist with cloud platform deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security compliance initiatives
- Provide end-user training on new systems and tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with problem-solving mindset
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
