Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week paid IT certification curriculum covering CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Azure fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems and network hardware
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Participate in simulated cybersecurity drills and incident response exercises
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects and system monitoring
- Maintain compliance with IT security protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
