- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and access management
- Support cloud platform operations (AWS/Azure basics)
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
