Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ endpoints
- Document incident tickets using ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Assist in network monitoring and basic infrastructure maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations
- Train end-users on new software implementations and best practices
- Conduct quarterly asset inventory audits and reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and DNS fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
