Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Conduct employee onboarding for IT equipment and software
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
- Adhere to ITIL best practices for change management and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in physical/server environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid U.S. driver's license for occasional off-site support
