Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and JIRA platforms
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Assist with cloud infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
