Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT processes and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior team on system upgrades and migrations
- Monitor helpdesk ticket queues and resolve SLA requirements
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup procedures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security principles
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
