Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Assist with network administration tasks including VPN setup and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and adaptability
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
