Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
- Document IT procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Participate in IT security audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues systematically
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (highly desirable)
