Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees via ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers and switches
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access management
- Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with logical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support visits
