Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and system backups
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation/maintenance
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
