Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and in-person for 150+ end users
- Deploy and configure new workstations using imaging tools like SCCM
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM system (ServiceNow)
- Assist with network administration tasks including VLAN configuration and firewall monitoring
- Conduct user training on company software and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot systematically
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
