Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 100+ employees
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and standard software packages
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base
- Collaborate with network and security teams on infrastructure projects
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support/helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting and Active Directory
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 20lbs and work in standing/walking positions
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
