Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install and configure desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system deployments
- Monitor network performance and security alerts using enterprise tools
- Provide user training on new software and systems
- Assist with data backup and recovery operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
