- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and basic network connectivity
- Document tickets in ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and patch management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Customer service experience with problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
