Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Document technical procedures and maintain service desk ticket systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on security protocols and software applications
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of help desk or internship experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
