Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Assist with network administration tasks including VLAN configuration and firewall monitoring
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security patch deployments and system updates
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
